Custom Webhook
Custom webhooks push real-time Theneo activity to any external endpoint dashboards, alerting, or Slack.
Supported event types
Webhooks can fire on two categories of workspace events.
Project Feedback
Fires whenever a reader submits feedback on a documentation page. Route feedback to your support queue, Slack channel, or internal dashboard in real time.
Audit Log Events
Fires whenever a loggable workspace action occurs, such as publishing, branding changes, member activity, and more. Stream your audit trail into a SIEM, compliance tool, or alerting system.
You can configure multiple webhooks pointing to different endpoints, each with its own event subscription.
Configure a webhook

Open the Webhooks section
Go to Admin Panel → Webhooks and click Add Webhook.

Enter your endpoint URL
Paste the full HTTPS URL that will receive deliveries. Theneo delivers only to secure endpoints plain HTTP URLs are not accepted.

Select event subscriptions
Choose Project Feedback, Audit Log Events, or both.

Save and verify
Click Save Webhook to activate it.
