New features
Workspace Analytics (enabled for all tiers)
A dedicated Analytics dashboard with a clear view of how your documentation performs. Track total views, sessions, and active users, explore traffic trends over time, see where readers come from, view a geographic breakdown, and compare projects and sections with a built-in leaderboard. Filter by workspace, project, and date range. Available on Business plans.
Multiple published-view templates
Choose from a range of design templates for your published documentation and switch between them at any time. A new template selection flow makes it easy to preview, choose, and change your docs’ look to match your brand and content style.
In-product Report a Problem
Reporting an issue is now built into the dashboard and editor. A new help menu lets you describe a problem, attach a screenshot, and optionally include diagnostic logs, so feedback reaches us faster and with the context to resolve it quickly. The editor help menu also gives one-click access to our user guides.
Improvements
- Branding color customization: type or paste exact HEX color codes directly into the color picker to apply precise brand colors faster.
- Cleaner dashboard and editor layouts: refined layouts and resolved display issues on smaller and medium-sized screens for a more consistent experience.
- Published documentation navigation: the side menu now stays fully visible while scrolling through long, continuously-scrolling documentation, so navigation is always within reach.
Bug fixes
- Import accuracy: fixed an issue where importing an API specification could produce duplicated endpoints or drop request body information. Imports now match your specification’s structure correctly.
- Request parameters: corrected how array-type request parameters are represented, so your API examples and documentation render accurately.
- Menu order on merge: merging documentation no longer reorders your navigation. Pages mixed in with your API docs keep their original position.
- Custom domains: the API Explorer now stays on your configured custom domain instead of redirecting to the default domain, preserving a consistent branded experience.
- Password protection: password-protected projects now work correctly in workspaces with End User access enabled. Readers see a password prompt instead of being sent to a login page.
- Code block copy button: the copy button on code blocks now works reliably across the editor, preview, and published views.
- Tab creation: resolved an issue that prevented new tabs from being created.
