2025

2025 was the year Theneo grew from an AI-assisted editor into an AI-native documentation platform with enterprise-grade publishing. Across the year the product gained smarter authoring, far deeper API specification support, a stronger SEO and social presence, and the access controls larger teams need.

Highlights of the year

AI authoring and search

The AI Writer widget and multi-turn Ask AI brought generation, rewriting, and context-aware Q&A into the editor and published docs.

Documentation templates

Multiple published-doc templates and a new project-creation flow let teams pick a layout and switch anytime to match their brand.

Event-driven API support

Webhook parsing for event-driven APIs, plus a non-destructive spec merge that keeps your edits when the spec changes.
